1)  1 year parts and 1 year labour on all hardware components only.

2)  Any hardware component that proves defective will be replaced and re-configured at no cost to the customer, at Craig Copy and Computer Systems.  The customer is responsible for shipping the computer to the premises.

3)  The warranty does not cover software including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP or registry failure problems related to software installed by the customer.

4)  Any software that requires re-installing will be at customers expense; for example Internet software, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.

5)  Every computer is guaranteed to be tested and in good working order when leaving premises.  Set-up problems should be reported immediately.

6)  All printers and scanners are covered by individual manufacturer's warranty, not by Craig Copy.

7)  Craig Copy & Computer Centre is not responsible for software added to our systems by end-users.
